  • What is Supahands?

    Supahands is a business outsourcing platform powered by a team of human workforce called SupaAgents and supported by in-house automation technology. We were built to help companies scale faster by taking care of their tedious and repetitive business tasks and projects such as Content Moderation, Lead Generation, Online Support and Data Management.

  • What are your working hours?

    Our office’s main working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT +8). Some of our SupaAgents work remotely; and will be able to work during off-peak hours and Malaysia public holidays as well.

  • Is my work confidential?

    Most definitely! We pay a lot of attention in ensuring that we provide a service that our SupaClients feel safe using.

    All data is stored securely on our server. Our in-house work platform also ensures that data can be sliced in multiple ways to divide the different kinds of data that we work with. APIs can also be utilised so that clients will not have to grant SupaAgents access to their entire backend system. Besides that, our SupaAgents do not have the access to confidential data and are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before they join the team. Additionally, when a SupaAgent works on a task, all communication and work will only be viewable and accessible by our Project Managers for quality control purposes.

  • What services does Supahands specialise in?

    Here are some of the things that we specialise in: Content Moderation, Data Management, Lead Generation and Online Support.

    Lead Generation - The action or process of identifying and cultivating potential customers for a business's products or services. This could include going through multiple online sources to find extensive information about leads

    Data Management - The creation and maintenance of a database for the purpose of performance, optimization, efficiency and security

    Content Moderation - The process of approving content that has been uploaded to the platform or front-facing website

    Online Support - Chat-based customer support in managing mass communication (non-call)

  • What services does Supahands not provide?

    Our team will always try their best to meet your request. However, specialised tasks such as video and audio editing, SEO, design, accounting, legal, copywriting, marketing, public relations and social media management is not what we are able to assist you with.

  • Do you offer customer call support?

    Unfortunately we do not. If it is customer support you are looking for, our SupaAgents have been trained to handle chat-based Online Support such as live chats or e-mail. You can find out more information at http://supahands.com/business

  • Can you pick up mails from the post office or make deliveries for my company?

    We are desk junkies that only do virtual work, which can be completed on a computer. So we will not be able to carry out physical tasks of that nature for you.

  • How do I know if I should be on Supahands Business?

    If it’s an ongoing or recurring project (needs to be done daily, weekly or monthly) that requires continuity, Supahands Business is for you. We specialise in large scale projects that are at least 100 hours long, have SOPs and KPIs and are tedious or repetitive in nature. Our key service verticals are Content Moderation, Lead Generation, Data Management and Online Support.

    You will have access to a Project Manager who will help you manage a team of SupaAgents and make sure that your work is checked for quality before delivering it back to you. Having a Project Manager also allows for a single point of contact, which means that you can be completely hands off while your project is taking place.

  • How do I know how many hours my work will take?

    We know it can be tricky to gauge just how long your work will take to be completed by our team. So our best suggestion is to speak directly to our sales team at hello@supahands.com as they are experts in helping you figure all of that out! The consultation is free and we will never take in a job that we are unable to do.

  • How do you charge for the Business plan?

    The Business plan is charged on a per hour basis.

  • How do you track the progress of the work done?

    As we are flexible people, let us know how you would like us to update you! Whichever platform you choose, rest assured that our Project Managers will give you timely updates to keep you well-informed on the progress made.

  • What sort of qualifications do I need to have in order to be a SupaAgent?

    We accept everyone of all walks of life and backgrounds. All you need to do to be a SupaAgent is pass the assessment on the SupaAgent page. If you fail, don’t worry as you can always try again or even try a different category as well.

  • I only have a tablet/smartphone with me. Can I still be a SupaAgent?

    We typically prefer those with laptops/PCs as it’s faster and easier to get the work done. However, if you do not have any issues working with a tablet/smartphone, we’re very happy to welcome you. Remember, you’ll need to pass the SupaAgent assessment first in order to get started.

  • I want to become a SupaAgent. How do I register and what can I expect?

    That’s the spirit! We are always looking for more people to reinforce and strengthen our team. If you are looking for more information you can view our SupaAgent page here and submit an application.

    You will have to take an assessment of your choice on the spot. It can take up to 2 weeks for the team to finalise the review of your application, as we have many people who, like you, want to join the team, So please bear with us if you do not hear from us within a few days! :)

  • When do I get paid as a SupaAgent ?

    SupaAgents get paid on a monthly basis via bank transfer and thus are required to have a bank account.

  • How much do I get paid as a SupaAgent ?

    The best part about being a SupaAgent is that there is no limit as to how much you will earn as it depends entirely on how many tasks you complete. So, the more you do, the more “ka-ching” you’ll be hearing every month.

  • Do I need to pay to be a SupaAgent?

    Absolutely not. Becoming a SupaAgent is free and the only person receiving money out of this is you!

  • Is this company legit?

    Relax, we’re not a shady bunch of people hiding in a deep dark cave in a dodgy corner of the world trying to cheat you of your money. You can find super legit information about where we’re located on Google and our company registration number in the Privacy Policy.

  • I have already passed my SupaAgent assessment. What’s next?

    Congratulations! Hang in there and a member of our Operations team will be in touch with you to provide you with all the necessary details and documentation that you need to get started on projects. We can’t wait for you to meet the rest of the SupaFam!

  • Where is your team located?

    Our core team is based in Bangsar South’s business district in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We work together in a fun space so we can manage the quality of our service and brainstorm on how to make Supahands better for you. Other than that, we have a growing group of remote SupaAgents who work with us remotely.

  • Is Supahands available in any part of the world?

    Yes. Being a tech company, we are able to cross borders and service clients from all over the world. Our SupaAgents have worked with businesses in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Hong Kong and more!
